Brewery

The story of Sälen’s brewery began in 2008 in Pelle’s basement, where his experimental spirit and passion for good beer started a more extensive operation with a brewing system from the Czech Republic, producing about 200,000 liters per year. The brewery officially began in 2012 as a small brewing system at a restaurant and has recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Today, the brewery strives to create craft beer brewed with mountain water, offering a wide range from traditional lager and IPA to fruit beers and heavier stouts. They have won gold in two categories for craft beer. The logo on their bottles is a piece of art with a story. Groups of at least 15 people can book a brewery tour. The brewery sells to restaurants and Systembolaget.
