Meat Production and Farm Shop

At the foot of Drevfjället in the village of Drevdagen, a 20-minute drive from Idre, Jonathan and Madelene run a small-scale mountain farm and farm shop with their family. The farm has about 50 beef cattle and 25 sheep that graze outdoors year-round. In the summer, the cattle and sheep graze on a natural pasture, drinking water from the clean mountain streams and feeding on herbs and grasses.

Did you know that grass-fed cattle produce meat containing more healthy omega-3 fatty acids? Their philosophy is that animals should live harmoniously with nature as much as possible.

The farm shop sells its own products, including beef, jam, lamb, and sausages. It also offers interior decorations and other products.
