Gluten-Free Products, Gluten-Free Pizzeria, and Shop

In Trysil’s old quarters, Italian chef Dino and his team run a completely gluten-free artisanal bakery, shop, and small restaurant. Dino moved to Norway to work as a sous-chef at a restaurant in Trysil but eventually saw a significant need for tasty and high-quality gluten-free food. Dino wanted to offer people with gluten intolerance or other food allergies a good and flavorful alternative, leading to the creation of Glunot, which opened its bakery in 2016.

Their cozy shop also offers a wide selection of Italian gourmet products, all 100% gluten-free, which you can sample. How about a freshly baked pizza straight from the stone oven? Or a delicious cup of Italian coffee? In 2018, they received an award from the Norwegian Celiac Association as the Gluten-Free Company of the Year. They supply bake-off bread to several restaurants in Trysil, bakeries, and shops in Oslo and have an online store.
