Brewery and Shop

Ingvar and his colleagues brew genuine craft beer using pure mountain water from the Trysil River in the heart of Trysil. Trysil Brewery offers a variety of beers, from pilsner to stout and sour beer. They use Kveik, a yeast strain rooted in an old Norwegian tradition where dried yeast was passed down through generations in some of their beers.

The brewery pub is open on brewing days, allowing visitors to see the process firsthand. The brewery also offers tours, product tastings, and a shop.
